Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is unused and in original condition
- Is returned in its original packaging
Return Shipping
- Free returns apply to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless stated otherwise
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be processed once:
- The returned item has been received and inspected, or
- The issue has been verified
Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable South African consumer laws.
